The 2026 offer

L’Oréal’s ambition is to make employee shareholding more widely available by giving you the opportunity to invest in L’Oréal shares at your own pace.1

L’Oréal is again offering you the opportunity to become involved in the Group’s growth by becoming a shareholder.

1Future share offerings will be subject to the prior approval of the company’s shareholders and its Board of Directors, to the authorization of the relevant authorities, notably the French AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), to the completion of the required procedures with employee representatives, and to market and economic conditions. The offered conditions may vary from year to year.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Employees who work for an eligible L’Oréal Group company and have 12 months of service and are still Group employees on June 24, 2026.

The advantages of the plan

  • A 20% discount

    The reference price is the average opening price of the L’Oréal share in the stock market between May 8 and June 4, 2026 and will be fixed on June 5, 2026.

  • L’Oréal will give you up to 3 free shares

    Dependent on the number of shares you purchase

  • Payment of possible dividends

    You will receive directly any dividends paid by L’Oréal. These dividends will be increased by 10% after two years of holding registered shares.
  • Payment options

    By wire transfer and/or by payroll deductions over 10-months

How much can I invest?


Each employee undertakes under their sole responsibility, to ensure that the amount of their investment does not exceed 25% of their estimated gross annual compensation for 2026*.

You can change your subscription until the last day of subscription period i.e., June 24, 2026 (23:59, Paris time, 5:59 PM EDT, 2:59 PM PDT). At the end of the subscription period, your choices will be final and may not be changed. 


*An employee's gross annual compensation consists of their annual salary and any commissions or bonus payments received in 2026 (see the Local Supplement for details).

  3. Sign in with the login and password sent to you
  4. Complete the subscription steps
  5. Don’t forget to confirm your subscription
